No. The AI drafts and summarises — it never writes to a chart, a prescription or a bill on its own. A clinician reads and signs every output, and each one keeps its source recording and visits attached so the entry can be traced. Patient data is never used to train models.

The clinic app is in English and French today. Patient SMS reminders also go out in Arabic. Full Arabic and Italian interfaces, including RTL layout, are in progress.
